Niall Hayes, Professor in Lancaster University and Mobile Age Project Coordinator, distributed the policy brief on loneliness and social isolation in rural districts at a workshop hosted by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and the Cabinet Office in London on 7th February 2018.
This is the first version of a series of policy briefings on co-creation of open (mobile) public services to promote a situated, practice-based understanding of accessibility, mobility and usability of services that will be developed based on Mobile Age activities and results. The policy briefings will be further developed during the year and presented at various events.
