Tingtun, AS (TT) is an agile consulting and Services Company founded in 1996. The innovative Tingtun search engine tools deployed by Norwegian municipalities will be used as core components.
Tingtun is currently leading the European Internet Inclusion Initiative (EIII)56 supported by the European Commission under FP7, to establish methods and open source tools to measure e-accessibility across Europe.
Tingtun has participated in several national and international networks including the eAccess+ network, the Norwegian mirror committee for standards addressing ICT and universal design, and the ePractice community. Beyond Europe, Tingtun also participates in the expert groups for e-Government Survey methodology work for the UN, and for Good Governance International.
